How It Works:

There’s honestly no wrong way to do this. Pull out your favorite cards (or take this as a green light to go to Target) and line up your go-to pens. Envelopes? Notebook paper? It doesn’t matter what you choose- it’s what’s going on the inside that counts the most.

What words do you want to leave behind today? We recommend thinking about the words you need to hear today and writing those down. Chances are, if you’re feeling it- someone else is feeling it. This is the ultimate chance to remind someone to look up, look around, know they matter.
