On the Third Day of Letter Writing…

Letter writing may be our favorite way to encourage others, but we’ll let you in on a little secret: it fills our cup, too.

The holiday season can be hectic, and we all need moments in our day that center and ground us. Making the time to sit down and pen a letter of hope is the perfect way to step away from the hustle and bustle and remember what matters.

Whether you use letter writing as a quiet moment before your day begins, are scribbling kind words on your lunch break, or prefer to spend your evenings writing by the candlelight to decompress, writing love letters might be the rhythm you need this December.

Grab your pen, friends - it’s time for Day 3.

DANIEL

Daniel was diagnosed with a rare cancer in March of 2020 and is still enduring more medical complications now stemming from his heart (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy). Before his diagnosis, Daniel was the captain of two ice hockey teams. He now struggles to walk down the block without passing out, let alone hit the ice again. Between this and being let go from his job, he is having a difficult time finding worth and value in his life. We want to remind Daniel that he is worthy of love and support, especially during this challenging time.
