On the Fourth Day of Letter Writing…

Let’s be honest - the holidays can be a challenge. Whether you’re navigating tough family situations, scary health news, the weight of grief, or just pure exhaustion after a long year, so often we step into the holiday season feeling like our cup is close to empty.

And while you may love the thought of sitting down to script love letters to strangers during the 12 Days of Love Letter Writing, don’t be surprised if you find yourself staring at the empty page, unsure what to say. After all, when you’re struggling to stay afloat, how do you find the words to encourage others?

Here’s a tip: write the words you need to hear.

In this moment, as you battle your way through your own holiday season, what do you need to hear? What do you need someone to remind you of?

There is so much power in the realization that we’re never as alone as we think we are, and friend, you can remind someone of that truth in a uniquely impactful way. Your voice matters - and we’re right here beside you every step of the way.

ROSIE

Rosie changed her name months ago but is hesitant to go through the legal process to make it official. She lights up whenever she tells someone her name. The change came as part of her reclaiming her life and processing a lot of trauma from her past. Rosie is almost five years sober and getting stronger every day! The sobriety journey has caused distance from many friends and family members and understandable trust issues with the world. Rosie deserves the kindness this world has to offer and having a big bundle of mail made out to “Rosie” will make her so happy and loved. Write to make this Yule and Christmas season one Rosie will never forget.
