Chelsi’s Bundle Update

May is the perfect month to celebrate the incredible women in our lives, and this May, you sent encouragement in droves to someone who couldn’t be more deserving of it. 

Chelsi’s friend Alexa wrote to tell us all about her amazing friend.

Described as “a wonderful friend, mom, and educator with a loving heart,” Chelsi works as a deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) educator - a job that couldn’t be a more perfect fit for her personality. Always willing to listen and help with anything, Chelsi spends her life pouring into the people around her. She works hard, and constantly is advocating for her students.

She is also the fabulous mom of three precious girls. Despite the struggles that come with separating from a spouse, Chelsi has worked diligently to be as consistent as possible for her girls. 

It’s all been a lot to juggle, however, and Chelsi has felt the weight. The stress of providing a quality learning experience for her DHH students during the pandemic along with supporting her daughters has been a heavy load to carry. Despite all she does day in and day out, she has often felt lonely and inadequate, never quite feeling like what she’s doing makes a difference.

Chelsi needed a reminder that she is important, valued, and loved, and that the way she shows up is making a difference in the world. This community did that in the most beautiful way.
